My career is in design, but my passion has always been photography.

I started designing as an intern at Dorian Sono Luminus, though in less than a year, through a series of fortunate events they made me a full time designer. Two years after that and I was ready to work closer to DC, now that I had experience and an emerging design style. I only worked a little over a year as the lead designer of a marketing and advertising agency. I was able to lead the art direction on a few great contracts, but needed to move on. That lead me to design at NOVA Community College for just over five years.

November of 2015, I started working for the Virginia Tech Applied Research Corporation. I'm the creative lead for all branding, marketing, and deliverables. The bulk of my work is laying out reports and creating visuals for the analytic data, and creating collaboration related material.
